How do I see what has been removed?

When I receive an alert that something has been removed or changed, nothing tells me WHAT has been removed or changed. It just says "a negative report has been removed."  How do I see what exactly has been removed without pulling up an old report and doing a line by line comparison?

I finally called today and the rep said that not all bureaus will tell you WHAT the trigger is for the alert (esp. if it's a dispute being removed).
