NFCU How many HP's do you have

So after yesterdays cli HP I got to wondering just how many HP's from navy do I actually have.  So I figured I would list them and tell what they were for and the results.

03/31/15  EQ      Membership

03/31/15  EQ      Cash rewards approved for 3000 (asked for 25k)

03/31/15  EQ      loc denial (asked for 15K)

04/01/15  TU       Auto refinance (conditional approved but would not accept check stubs, decided to let it go)

04/03/15  EQ      loc recon (didn't realize there would be more HP's

04/04/15  TU       can't remember this one maybe the loc recon again.  

09/05/15  EQ       cash rewards cli (3000-4000)

12/09/15  EQ      cash rewards cli (4000-14000)

03/01/16  TU       cash rewards cli (no go)

04/17/16  EQ      loc approval for 15K

04/18/15  EQ      go rewards approval 1500

05/03/15  EQ      cash rewards cli 14000-21500 (asked for 25K)

Would love for all of you out there in myfico land to share their experiences as well

WOW! That is a lot of hard pulls from them. I have 2 .. one for membership and one for cc. Those CLI requests for the CCs .. i thought it is a SP unless you ask for over 25k or you get the 3-5 day message in which you call and cancel the request.

Your right normally is sp if there has been an AR. But for some reason they always want to HP me. I didn't ask them quick enough on two of the requests to cancel and one I just decided to let it ride.

Maybe you should Freeze EQ/TU before your next CLI request.

Yea. Your so right. Good thing is I'm pretty much where I need to be with them for a while.

You shouldn't be posting about freezing a bureau just to prevent a HP.

My apologies if this is againt the Guideline or TOS.  I coudn't not find anything that would state it is, but I am not trying to step on toes.

Actually, my understanding is that it's best to not discuss selective freezing of bureaus so creditors are forced to pull a more favorable one.

You may not get the CLI if your credit bureaus are frozen, because they might come back to you and say you need to unfreeze in order to go through with the process.

(That's the best of my understanding regarding all of this.)

I'm not sure that manipulating the system is what I was talking about. In the garden club thread, we talk all the time about freezing your files if you are tempted. That's simply what I mean.
