Profile picture

I searched this forum but couldn't find the info. How do you actually change your profile picture instead of using the listed avatars? I see some user profiles with actual pictures being used.

Once you reach the rank of Regular Contributor you are able to upload custom images for use as your profile picture

You can update the avatar to any image once you achieve the rank of Regular Contributor (just be sure that any images or graphics conform to the myFICO Forums TOS standards) by following these steps (from a desktop or tablet):

-Click on your profile icon (top right hand corner, next to the messages 'envelope' icon)

-At the main profile page (top center), click on the pencil icon - "Edit Image" (right above the corner of the avatar image).

-Click "Choose another avatar".  From there, you can choose the different options to select a new image

-Once selected, it will display a preview of the image

-Click "Save and continue" to save your image
