I used to sometimes make exactly that except with grape jelly.    Nowadays I'd probably go with the guac

Due to contamination in the commercial strawberry supply, we've unfortunately had to close the cafe.  I do hear that there are some delicious organic strawberries over in the Garden Club, though.
