Smartly - Apple Pay

Anyone else having a "Verification Required" when adding Smartly to their Apple Pay? 

I called the 800 provided and the rep said give it an hour, well that didn't work.

I'm running 18.2 Public Beta also.

I had to call cusotmer service to finalize my Smartly yesterday.
