I sell on Etsy (not wallets Smiley Very Happy ) and I don't think it's even possible to leave a fake/paid review. Well, I guess it is possible if someone uses a different account to "purchase" one of their own items and then leave a review, but Etsy is very strict about that kind of stuff. If you log on to more than one account from the same IP address, they have been known to lock both accounts. I suppose you could pay someone else to leave you a great review, but that is also against the rules and can get you banned if you are caught.
