Whats weird is when someone walks up to you and you don't have your name tag on and they know your name! I have patient's families do that to me all the time and they are from a unit I don't even work. That freaks me out!

Yea, that would freak me out too.  I worked retail in the town that I lived in before, for ten years.  No matter what store I was in, cruddy clothes or not, people would ask me if I could help them find things, check out, where things were, etc. etc.  Its really weird--I must look like the retail queen--because people will still come up to me and ask me to help them with their retail needs and I have only lived in San Antonio for 7 months.  At least they don't know my first name.

I find driving in San Antonio--to be utterly terrifying.  I cant even describe what goes on here as far as driving goes.  I fel like I am in Grand Theft Auto IV every time I get behind the wheel.
