What would you do if you didn't have to pay....

I quailifed in a contest that the grand prize is having your mortgage and groceries paid for a year.  Prize total being $18,000.  Not lotto/quit your job type money but definately a huge help....so, if you won what would you do?  Save? Make extra mortage payments?  Splurge? Would you make different choices if it was a lump sum versus monthly payments?

I'd be pretty peeved since my mortgage is PIF and has been for a few years!

Maybe I could use it for gift cards at the grocery store?  $18,000 in gift cards, hmm....
