Why can't sig pics be easier?

Why can't the programmers just make the process easier. It's such a huge pain to update signature pictures

It's just basic HTML. All you're doing is inserting text, inserting images, sizing them, and aligning them. Here is the HTML code for my signature. Hopefully it helps.
