I just want to thank everyone here at myfico. I went from barely getting a cap one secured card to getting a CSP in just over a year. I never though it could be possible. Next step house!

That is awesome! Congratulations and good luck getting that house, and getting the best terms possible for it! Cheers to you. We can all post ideas, questions and suggestions, but you also get to take credit for listening and doing the hard work required to obtain good credit.
congrats on all the hard work!
thank you everyone. Just a couple of things I have learned on here that might help some people:
1. Always pay everything on time remember its not late unless its at least 30 days past the due date (you might get a late fee)
2. Spread out the HP as much as you can across the three boards
3. Keep your ultiz under 9% on one card and rest at 0 (only need to do this if you want to apply for something next month)
4. The triple pull cap one is not as bad as it seems cause you get unlimited CLI request without hp ( Cap one EO is great)
5. Sallie mae is the best card get it now before they change anything to the rewards
6. Be careful with amex AF they can add up quick and make it hard to get your money back for rewards
7. Dont be afraid of secured cards its your money think of it as a savings account (i would have never been where i am today without one)
8. Stay away from credit one, first premiere and other subprime banks with high AF and high APR secured cards are a much better option.
9. Find a local credit union they can offer a lot of things a big bank cant
10. If your unsure if you will get approved apply for chase and barclaycard products you can recon with them (never take the first no) stay away from amex and discover no chance at recon
