AES CEO Email

I have seen a mix of people having luck with AES. I was recently (March 5, 2017) 39 days late on paying my private student loan and they reported it as 30 days late. I immediately paid it once I realized that I forgot. I sent in a goodwill letter. The rep on the phone said that there was a 60-40 chance of my goodwill letter being approved. I know a few people emailed the CEO/Executive team. I have been unable to locate that information on the forum. Could someone please message it to me? Please offer your suggestions.
