Graduate, undergraduate? Loan range? Score... excellent, good, etc.? Income, etc?
I would say Navy Federal because I love their banking and credit card rates but I think they're loans have a low 100k. Some have lower rates, more flexible repayment options, etc.
Honestly nothing beats a federal loan imo (in most cases), but if you provide a better picture of the above someone could probably narrow down some CU's that offer what you're looking for.
