CFPB sued over ignoring mismanagement of PSLF crisis

It's about time! The CFPB should be held accountable for their inaction as much as the Dept of Education and servicers should be held accountable for their actions. Hoping for a positive outcome.

Oh brother, now...The Dept of Education want to be a completely different agency with a board of directors! So all new problems and I bet way less accountability.
