Has anyone out there submitted the form for PSLF since the expansion of the program at the beginning of the month? I know it's early but I was curious if anyone has received time frames or other tidbits of info. I have all Direct loans, have worked full time in the public service sector for the entire time PSFL has existed, and was only on a forebearance (or deferrment?- can't remember) for about 6 months of that time so there's no way I don't have the 120 needed.
I attempted to qualify in the past but my payments were mostly made on the standard repayment scale so I was only able to have 21 of them count at the time. I submitted the updated form to FedLoans last week and got an email saying they received it and that "the process of confirming your eligibility and qualifying payments may take approximately 30-90 days". Hope that's true!
Anyone have any other info to share?

I received an email from the DOE saying my payment count was going up, but nothing since. The indication is that it will take "several months" to update the records.
Thanks for the reply. I see an update on the FedLoan site that says I've submitted the TEPSLF and that they haven't processed it yet. They've also added a counter for the TEPSLF payments. Can't wait to see that change!
And, I just looked at the link you sent- THANK YOU! It's really helpful.
Thanks for the information

I received a reply regarding my application/verification. They didn't like our HR person's signature. She has very nice handwriting and her signature looked like it was typed, according to the rep I talked to. She had to re-sign below, initial and date. I resubmitted and will see where it goes. Interestingly, our HR signer said she's signed many of these and mine is the first to be returned as unacceptable.
