Hi,
I have student loans that were orginally with U.S. Department of Education, but are now with Navient (50k in total). I became disabled last year and got approved for a forbearance, but for some reason I have 3 loans with lates during that period. The student aid dot gov site shows the forbarence period correctly, so I am not sure why lates were reported. How should I go about getting these removed? Should I dispute through CRA and send copies of each loan showing the lates during forbearance or contact Navient directly? Thank you for any and all help.
