Mohela took over Navient Student loans?

Just got notice today Mohela is now my SL provider over navient.  Googled it and appears all types of certain loans got transferred to them.  Got no noticed prior to this but appears auto pay and all got transferred over.   Anyting need to know about Mohela good/bad other than business as usual?

I don't know anything about Mohela but they've got to be better than Navient, right...?

They're an SL servicer, so I would expect business as usual--which would be expecting them to be bad.  But I don't have any personal experience with them to say specifically what they're like.

Mohela is just as bad, if not worse, than navient. Navient transffered an old loan from 2007 which my dad had cosigned for. It had been paid off for 2 years but Naivent still transffered it as an active loan. No one sent me anything kind of notifications nor do I have a mohela account. 2 weeks ago Mohela started calling my 77 year old father threatening to hurt his credit if he doesn't start making payments. **bleep**? I tried contacting navient to get proof of my loan being paid off but that went nowhere. I also tried to contact Mohela but they can't find a loan in my name. But they are still calling my dad up to 5 times a day. I have no idea what to do.
