Hello, I spent a long time writing a good will letter and explaining my circumstance. I did not hear back from nelnet so I called and they said that it was reviewed by the credit department and the reporting is correct. Nothing else can be done, no one else to talk to. I feel very defeated. 

I would greatly appreciate any advice from anyone out there as far as what else I can do or who to reach out to at Nelnet? I submitted it through the general contact form on their website.
