OMG!! 3 SL accounts deleted on TU weird....

Okay wow.  I'm in shock here.

I logged in to update my CreditKarma only to see it say I had a nice (FAKO) score jump and  my accounts total was down by nearly $8,000.  HUH?  WHY?

So I did a pull on TU and found the following

Closed/Paid  ACS loan w/ 60,90,120day late -- DELETED

Closed/Paid  ACS/BofA loan w/ 60,90,120 day late -- DELETED

Now here is the weird one:

OPEN/DEFERRED BofA loan w/ 60 day late  - DELETED

I had sent multiple GW emails to ACS about the late payments (found email addresses on the internet fairly easily).  I was told by the person who replied from ACS "sorry, reporting accurately" etc.   So I gave up.  Then yesterday or the day before I got a phone call from ACS (a different person) who told me she reviewed my file and unfortunately they were reporting accurately so she couldn't help.  We chatted for a minute about my current deferrment on the one open loan and that was it.  Call was pleasant, polite etc.

Now they are all gone?   

I'm expecting the open TL that was deleted to be added back, but maybe not? 

I cannot wait to see if this happens on EQ/EX also (as of right now those reports still show all 3 accounts on them). 

OOOHHHH AND it raised my (FAKO) TU from 655 to 739.....

Will pull TU Fico in the morning :-)

Well it is "only" a FAKO so I'm trying not to get tooooo excited. 

I want to pull TU Fico right now of course...but I'm wondering if ACS may re-insert the TL that is still open if that was an error...then I'd be pulling ANOTHER fico haha so maybe I should wait.

I had 3 ACS negative accounts mysteriously disappear last week from TU also. It gave me a nice 20 point jump. I figured it was because I made my 9th payment on my rehab loan. They are still listed on my EX and EQ though. Keep  us posted!

Interesting!  I'm not in a rehab program with them, just in deferrment.   Maybe a glitch in their system?  Wonder if that means we'll see the tradelines reinserted soon?  

My fingers are still crossed that they delete on EX/EQ too though ;-)

congrats!!!! i have salle mae and im trying to figure out how to remove payments made late over 3 years ago! on 3 differenct Sallemae school loans =/

Have you seen any of them deleted on EQ/EX yet? 

Mine deleted off TU on 2/16 and they are still on the others.

I think it's just a fluke?   But it's a big coincidence I had just talked with a rep from ACS within the few days before?   Not sure what to really think and definitely not calling to ask haha.

Thanks awdsmama!!!!  Definitely keep us updated and I will too.  I noticed yesterday on my creditkarma (which i haven't updated in FOREVER) that my student loan total went down in January by half (i have two  student loans, one with Sallie Mae and the other ACS) and the total amount that was left was the total for Sallie Mae. 

What I did when i contacted ACS was somewhere on their website where  you can contact them by department or something. It had several different departments or whatever, so I pretty much sent one to each department that was listed there. i said the exact same thing in each one.  I've been lax on my GW's to everyone, but this really gives me the booost i needed to get back in the GW game

I wonder if they are telling us "no" but then doing the GW off the record so to speak?
