One of my student loan accounts 90 days late- Is it over for me

I saw my Equifax drop 141 points on credit karma. The other bureaus didn't report yet for some reason I hope they don't. I called EdFinancial and submitted for one of the loans with the late payments. The guy said it might help with the delinquency but I really need confirmation.

I'm freaking out now because I don't know if my credit with bounce back after this disaster. Has anyone had luck with EdFinancial? If not how long will my score take to bounce back?

Im about to cry right now

Will bounce back if you deal with it but it will have a negative impact for I believe 7 years. As time goes on the impact fades. I missed one stinking payment 4 years 11 months ago on a Dyson HEPA airfilter oddly enough. Still on my record but I dealt with it and its impact is minimal. My credit history still says 1 missed payment though.

Was this account previously reports as 30 and 60 days late ?   Also, don't pay attention to CK scores, although your FICO score will have dropped I wouldn't assume it's anywhere near the CK drop.

This is me; they never reported correctly. Said I was on time every month. I always check my credit.  Never reported the actual amount I paid make up a number. Turned off paper notifications without my knowledge. I pay OVER 13 dollars every month. Paid when it was corona, paid after I got a notification I was forgiven. I thought I was ahead and was fine with paying late. Only found out about it from the credit bureau. I disputed it, and they reported 10 days later that I was late in June, when I paid it immediately when I found out I was late, so now it looks even worse. I am devastated. I had a 850 score, and now it is horrible. I may need to rent my daughter an apartment next year, too. They said if I had just paid 6 days earlier, I would have been fine. Wouldn't have known I was behind cause they don't tell me, but it wouldn't have been on my credit.
