Refinance co-signer, will she receive a hard inquiry?

My student loan re-financing may need a co-signer, if S.O. signs it, will she receive a hard pull?

 

Company is Education Loan Financing (SouthEast Bank) FWIW

Most likely and the loans will show up on her reports as well
