I just wanted to point out an error I have figured out. I spent an evening calculating student loan debt and how to best restructure a repayment plan. I noticed in the 3 different areas you can calculate repayments including in the IBR section, they are not calculating interest.
What seems to be happening is they are pulling student loan data from the fed system, which due to covid, has all APR's set to 0% (at least at navient they set the apr to 0). So when I try to do repayment calculations, it is projecting 10-30 year repayment plan on principal only repayment since the APR is at 0%
So right now, you may not want to rely on the data provided, otherwise, you could make a wrong decision for repayment. Seemsillyto have those sections of the site even available knowing the data is wrong and the Fed is misleading borrowers on repayment plans :-\
