When Does Navient Report Late Payment Private Loan

Hey does anyone know when Navient reports a late payment on private loans?  I completely forgot about the payment, I usually pay the 18th which is when they say they're due but looking at my account it says they're past due as of 3/23/21, I paid the payment on 4/20/21.

official answer:   I have no idea.

Spit-ball answer: Since Navient is a big servicer, they may have their systems automated, and if they do, they may not report a "not quite 30 day late" since federal loans don't report 30d lates.   If you don't get an answer from someone in the community, please share if/when you get one!
