Re: August 2019 Check In Thread

Apparently I spoke too soon. My scores updated and two of them are now in the "Very Good" range. I'm celebrating!

Re: August 2019 Check In

Wild month for me, first off my car needed a $1200 repair, since it had 230K miles I bought a new one.. wasn't happy with the 11.24% APR, but credit union says I am close to getting it refinanced at 7%... my scores remained about the same, up a little because few things fell off and then down a little because I have a balance for the first time in forever, should have the $2200 paid off by end of September.. Other than that, gardening until end of the year at least..

Re: August 2019 Check In Thread

Early August Fako via Vantage rolling in at 792.....

My Fakos have sometimes been above or below the F8 I am traking so still have to wait and see how close to 800 I get this month.

My F9 may even cross 800 this month.....

This has been a long time coming because - you know - I had been living in hell.

@LauraC   (I don't know how to link it and make it that pretty blue color)             Apparently divorce has agreed with Lucifer very much nicely.

From the sound of it you are in a really good place now, or at least a much better place personally and financially.  Hope your progress continues on up to the 800's and beyond!

@LauraC - It's been a long time. Request a CLI from Citi every 6 months or so. This time I asked them after 7 months (7mo 3days). BoA is a strange cookie IMHO*** - I really dislike the APR% on my card but It's growing nicely. Maybe in 6 mo I'll request an APR drop. Has anyone had any luck with an APR drop with BoA?

Good Luck Everyone!
