My bankruptcy will be five years old this month. I know it stays on for 7 years but will score improve based on this knowing everything else stays status quo. I am not expecting it to but I am not an expert. Thanks for the input
I am assuming you filed a Ch 13, and from my experience I would say no. I have been stuck at EQ 714 and TU 711 going on three years now. However, I filed a Chp. 7 eight and a half years ago.
