Accounts dropping off report due to age and potential impact

Hello,

I have 3 accounts that are going to "drop off" within the next few months (2 satisfactory and 1 adverse) due to reaching 10 and 7 years respectively.

Is there any way to "predict" how this will impact my reports and scoring?  I am concerned that my score will drop with the 2 good accounts leaving.

Thank you!

You can use the FICO simulator to get a rough idea. If they are your oldest accts - you might see a larger drop, going from AAOA to say 6 yrs to 1 for instance.

Part of the problem is predicting which accounts will fall off.  It is not always 10 years on the dot - I have one that was closed 13 years ago and counting...

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid
