Aged minors are definitely less impactful than aged majors, even if we do see an outlier example like yours.  I too thought there was a ceiling around 760-770 for a file with a lone 90D; I think I got to 764 (or maybe it was 768, don't remember) on my file with an aged 90D.  Recently though I've read a few threads on here where people have reported scores at high as 788-789 I believe with a single aged 90D present just before it falls off.  Those examples too are rare, though.
