Got an alert from trans Union today. It's says balence decrease 75% up 9 points from 671 to 680!!! Problem is the dashboard says down 9 points 671. **bleep**?!?? I called my fico, and a manager got on the phone telling me it is a + 9 points, nothing else changed.
Has this happened to anyone? What could be going on?? Only positive changes.
