BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE status changed to 'Paid Loan' score went up.

Hello:

I just received 2 myfico alerts that BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE has changed the status of my account to 'Paid Loan'. I haven't used these accounts in a few years and now my score when up 5 points.

What does 'paid loan' mean?

Ive had the same problem with Barclays except mine wasnt pleasant. I had a chargeoff with Barclays in 2009. For the last couple years ( about every 7 months or so ) I would get an alert saying that Barclays is now reporting my status as chargeoff ( always had been ) followed by a 15 point drop or so. The status updated field however still reflects 8/1/2010. I stopped caring as the account is no longer on my TU. It will drop off in aa few days on EX and a month or so after that on EQ. Point is i think there is a transmission bug somewhere. At least you are being reported a paid
