I want to know if I can get a benchmark record of 800 credit score before October 2018 without any AU boost.
I decided that I will just simply update my progress here.

What's the opening date of your absolute oldest account?

That is going to be really really tough to pull off considering your max age will only be 2 years at the time.
I was under the impression that anything over 780 needed 5 years+ on oldest account and over 800 needed 10. Additionally AAoA needed to be roughly half those.
I could see 780 by 20, but 800 probably closer to 22-23.
But what do I know, youre fricken 19 with Amex and Barclays so (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)
I get ya but mathematically 10% of 800 is 80, can he really pull 80 points from a 2 year old length?
I dont think so, in fact I bet he doesnt get more than 50-55. Using the estimator tool I have never been able to generate higher than a 775-790 without an account > 10.
Id say his earliest possible 800 score assuming he does everything else right, comes in around his 22nd birthday and maybe 22 1/2, just before he comes into that 5 year mark. Once he hits that hes going to be over 800 forever if he doesnt mess it up.
Thats not to say he isnt already beyond where he "should" be now. Ive never seen a score as high as his in my life and im double his age XD
When I only had 1 card and my AAoA reached 23 months, my FICO8 was 781 TU and 788 EX. Broke 800 TU around the 4 yr 5 mo mark, although I possibly could've gotten >800 earlier had I kept a closer eye on util.
Honestly, hitting >800 is nothing special. Even if you have a perfect file like I did (5 years of sparkling clean history), you'll still get dinged massively if it's thin (ie 1 card). Yes I'm still bitter that Discover gave me a joke of a 2.5K toy limit, and Barclays' computer auto-denied me despite an 802 TU.
I knew someone at work who was 25 and had 800 credit scores. She was in the military since 18 and had a mortgage and car loan and some CCs.
We've had 800 scores with a 2 year AAOA in the past with FICO 8 (never ever with prior models to my knowledge, was a lot harder to hit 800 there). I don't know what their oldest account was at the time though.
Clean file, optimized utilization, reindeer games with the shared secured loan, it won't be AAOA which kicks you out. Sit on your hands, don't open anything new or take any inquiries this year, don't see why not. You reached the 760 line on time, around a year ago I was pontificating that one could reach 800 after 2 years starting from a clean file and haven't seen anything in that time to disprove that, so go for it .
Arcane: 1 CC was too few for maximum scoring, will be interesting to compare your result on 1 card with SubE's on 3 cards (if I were doing it I'd probably do 4 cards but 3 should be almost perfect).
