Scores a month ago:
EX 708
EQ 750
TU 745
Foreclosed mortgage account falls off:
EX 795
EQ 724
TU 707
Credit ratings are a SCAM. This makes ZERO SENSE.

As a first step, I would want to know where and how you're getting (a) the report data and (b) the scores.
EX - experian.com
TU and EQ - CreditKarma

Well that explains it . You can not go by credit karma they are "vantage scores" you need to get your FICO scores for TU and EQ

Well there is your answer. The EX score is your FICO 8 which is a score much more likely to be used by lenders. CreditKarma uses a totally different scoring method called Vantage. Vantage is much more rarely used by lenders and can fluctuate up and down for reasons you wouldn't necessarily expect. I have a feeling your FICO scores on EQ and TU are actually much higher currently. You can check your FICO scores will a free 7 day trial at credit.com and see where they are at. CreditKarma while a great way to keep an eye on anything changing on your credit reports isn't the best way to monitor your actual FICO scores. You're probably doing much better that CreditKarma says you are.
TU makes you pay to see your score. EQ gives you a vantage score, which is the same as CC.
Thanks for that info, I'll open a trial at credit.com and see what they look like there.

Experian also has a trial for the other 2 as well from time to time
@User1072839 I concur with @Jnbmom Credit Karma is giving you your VantageScore, which is different than your FICO score. Experian, on the other hand is giving you your FICO score. I recommend enrolling in a paid MyFICO account. MyFICO will give you all three FICO scores.

There's the answer. Credit Karma does not have FICO scores.Just disregard. Your EX score is the real score.
