Welcome to the forums!
I'd suggest reading the following:
Common Abbreviations
Credit Scoring 101 - great for knowing what is in your credit score and to see how your score is impacted.
and What Steps Do I Take - great for learning the repair process.
Paying a baddie won't automatically get it deleted. What you should have done was to send a DV to NCO. If they verify and you agree with the debt, then send a PFD to NCO for the amount you were going to pay. If they agree, then NCO would accept your payment and then delete. Since you lost that leverage, your only option is to send NCO a GW letter asking if they can delete. Chances are that they'll agree and drop it.
You are right. Most of the time, the OC can't compel the CA to delete.
Do the same for the library debt that you should have done for NCO. Send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD. If they agree in writing, then mail off a payment and they'll delete.
i called and asked about it and they told me that they do no do that.. Do u think they just told me that but if i write a letter in , that is a different story.
Don't call them. Send NCO a GW letter.
I called to get the correct address and they hounded me to know why,, I already paid them, But i wanted to send it anyway.
Sje said that NCO doesnt own the account Direct TV does and they wont remove it. Bu she insist that i Dispute the ITEM as if they normally remove it once its paid and disputed thru the credit bureau... She kept telling me that.. Then I asked her if i should contact Direct TV since they own it, she said i can try that..
What do you think/
Also, I am afraid when i send the letter they will then send the negative remark to all three CB when only its posted with maybe one
Also i have like 3 or more that i didnt pay yet and i want to mail this letter i found on this site. below

Also, why is my Express Merhcant card in the negative on Experian, when i never was late on that card. they closed it for non usuage. it shows under the negative as potential negative.. Should i dispute that
I, unfortunately, do not recommend any dispute with any CRA.
You have paid the debt. That is a tactic acknowledgent of your owing the debt, upon your payment. No debt. No dispute.
Also, unfortunatley, the creditor/CA should not delete prior reporting of derogs on payment of the debt based on subsequent payment of the debt. This is a violation of their credtit reporting agreements with the CRAs. It is not just their right, it is their obligation not to delete.
Continue to try GW deletions, but you have no clout.
Have tried contacting thelibrary about the book and see if the library will accept the payment ?
