Ok...I closed my Credit One account last month but still have access to my account data. Checked today just to see if on-line account had been closed yet and it hadn't. What I was most suprised by was my credit score. My May 2013 score was at 680 and my June 2013 score is at 753. From what I've read this score is a FICO score I'm just not sure which one. Trust me I'm not complaining just confused.
In last month the following has occurred:
Closed Credit One account
Closed Target Account
Utilization was at 5% now at 1%
4 App's all approved FNBO AMEX, 2 Chase CC's and an AMEX PRG(even though I don't think the AMEX Inq has hit CR's yet)
No bads fell off because I didn't have any. Any thoughts?
Something significant happened your not seeing.
Even FICO knows Credit One is bad, thus the increased!
LOL, i'm cracking here...that was funny!
I don't think the Credit One score is a true FICO score. My wife has a Credit One card and I can't find where it claims to be a FICO. Just says credit score.
