Credit balance vs. available credit utilization

I have 14 credit cards with about 75k in available credit I usually pay balance every month I do carry 3000.00 on one card at 0 % and another 3000.00 on another card with 0 %Owen figuring FICO score is it total available credit and total balance for utl or is based on each individual card.

It's a combination of (1) overall utilization, (2) utilization per account, and (3) proportion of accounts with balances.
