Transunion score rose 20 points. Does my Equifax and Experian scores raise 20 points as well?
Unfortunately, nobody can say for sure. Way too many factors to predict.
My scores have never been the same across all 3 bureaus.

We're in the process of getting pre approved for a mortgage. I use credit sesame to check scores. My lender did a hard inquiry about a month ago. Scores she pulled were Transunion-686
Experian-624
Equifax-624
Credit sesame has current scores Transunion-735
Experian-689
Equifax-693 (which I know are higher than what the lender will pull when she does a hard inquiry again).
Is it possible that my Equifax and Experian are at a 640?

You are looking at scores which have no meaning for your mortgage application.
The only way I know of to get your mortgage scores is to pull a report from MyFICO. It's expensive, but worth it, if you're close to applying for a mortgage. Your mortgage scores are TU FICO 4, EQ FICO 5, and EX FICO 2.

Okay. Thanks. I just don't want her to do another hard inquiry, if my score isn't at 640 or above yet.

It's not a hard inquiry when you buy your reports from MyFICO. A hard inquiry only comes about when you actually apply for credit.
