Date of Deletion (Cont...)

I'm a little confused by a date of deletion. On my EX report, it says on a collection account "This account is scheduled to continue on record until Nov 2013." Well, we are now in December, and the account is still on my report. Any thoughts?!

The estimated date of deletion is only an estimate. IME, some of my TLs dropped at that point. There were times when I pulled the following month, noticed the TL had not dropped and that date changed by +1 month, and then drop sometime after that.

I have a couple of inquiries that are still on my report from 25 months ago. Just give it until the end of December to see if they drop off. If the date of first delinquency from the original creditor is correct, it probably just takes a minute to clear it off your report. I'd be surprised if it was still on there in as of January. If it is, just send a nice message to the CRA and see what they can do for you. For now just be patient
