Decreased UTI 13%, no score increase?

This must be my evening for accumulating frustration.  After paying down UTI from 54% to 41% (as confirmed by a wasted twelve buck EQ pull) - no score change.  I started at 534 on 2/16 and am holding at 641 today (and for the past two weeks or so). 

A new CC (CU secured with a $250 CL) was added without an inq.

Are the two a wash?  Was I mistaken that crossing the 50% threshhold in UTI was an "important" watershed?  Am I just too darned impatient?  (yeah, yeah, I know the answer to that)

Just an added thought from my addled brain: I have gotten rid of all two collections in the past month, perhaps there is a "bucketing" variable too? 

To add insult to injury, EQ contines to verify a CA who has yet to respond to THREE DVs.

Keep your head up- and keep paying off that debt

43% UTL to 7% UTL was 80 points for me 

I feel there is a TOP score you can obtain with certain varibles-

Thank you, Timothy.  In the back of my head, I know that the last (and recent) lates will simply be constraints that have to age gracefully.

You've reminded me before.  I think I need a sign: "You didn't get here overnight, you ain't getting to 761 tomorrow."
