Welcome, sometimes it can be very difficult to ascertain what caused the score change. As SJ said, there is no correlation between the alert and the score you see on the alert necessarily. As Rev said, changing scorecards can cause your score to go down which can result from collections being deleted. However, you still have collections, so you probably didn’t change scorecards, but you didn’t make that information available until a later post.

As SJ also said, if the collections they were deleted and were older accounts, then that may have affected Age of your oldest account (AooA) by reducing it or it may have reduced your average age of accounts(AAoA). Either one would result in a score drop.
