Working to get up to 760 on each report. Aquifer is 762 as of Today! YAHOO! From 630 last Sept. TU is only 727 and FAKO Experian is only 767 ( not sure of the real score) Anyway there seems to be a huge discrepancy) I still have a ways to go to get my TU up. Not sure what to do. My Utilization is 21% so maybe if I get it down t 1% if will go up to 760 so I can get the best rate for a refinance.
Any suggestions on what to do?

May I ask what "Aquifer is 762 as of today" means? Do you mean Equifax?
I hope you are not paying for that Experian FACO score since it is absolutely worthless for helping you understand your situation.
I believe if you get your utilization to less than 9% from 21% it should help your score but that depends on how the rest of your report looks like. Several derogatories (or a single major one) can sometimes hurt much worse than lowering the utilization can help.

In six months you'll have a clean record. Congratulations on that.

IMO given the info and that the 30 day is past 5 years the Util to under 10% will def help..
Assuming you had true FICO scores from each CRA, if there are significant discrepancies, the first thing I would suspect is some significant difference in the data in each of your credit files. In my opinion, the most comprehensive way of comparing credit reports is to order them through annualcreditreport.com.
Additionally, even if what you have are true "FICO" scores, and even if you had identical data in your credit files with each CRA, that wont ensure the same FICO scores.
Fair Isaac contracts separately with each CRA, and produces different scoring algorithms taliored to their individual requests. Fair Isaac has stated that variations of up to 20 points is not uncommon in scores produced by each CRA.
