Does FICO provide new reports, and if so When?

I am fairly new to this site. It's been less than a month. I have seen new alerts in my credits (credit card paid and one credit card paid off). However, I haven't seen a score change, nor a new report. The first report ran that I am able to view still have the balance of one of my credit card not yet paid off. I'm just curious how this works. Please provide any useful information.

Thank you!
