EQ is reporting wrong bank name on Judment that has already been paid

I am having a problem with EQ reporting a Judgement....they are reporting the wrong name of the bank....also reporting it as not paid....which it is...I disputed it and EQ returned it to me as "verified" ...well I called and told them it is being reported incorrectly and I want it to be removed....do I have a leg to stand on at all? What is my next step?
