Is that the only aging metric that's a multiple of 3 now?

You gotta send me the complete CRADIS update soon, so I can see all those glorious plus signs!

I'll be at 18mo AoYA/AoYRA in August, and watching for that now.

Did the "new account" reason codes go away?

Scores hover around 800

@CassieCard and I pulled late this month, pulled yesterday conveniently for this.

@dragontears on classic too high to see, on industry yes!

Re: EX2 New account segmentation Threshold 18 months

@Birdman7

hypothetically, if a new account is reported tomorrow on your report , are you going to lose like 40 points.

i.e your AoYA becomes  1 month

that 40 points is huge. EX2 scores is the most unpredictable

Nice find senor!

Definitely wasn't 12 months as my EX FICO 2 stayed flat in every way this morning unlike the better known FICO 8 12 month breakpoint.

There's legit gold standard breakpoints that aren't a multiple of 3 now?

I mean FICO 8 is 12 months which is another multiple of 3, or am I misunderstanding?

Re: EX2 New account segmentation Threshold 18 months

Wow, 40 points?! That's awesome. I hit 12 months this morning and saw 0 changes in any of my EX scores except for BC 2 which rose 11 points. Too bad I'll probably never make it 18 months in the garden to reap that benefit!

@barca I am not certain as I have not checked to see if any other aging Metrics could correlate yet and therefore could cause conflation.

But theoretically if there are no other changes, yes. I don't think there were any other changes, but I do need to go check and I guess I need to pull 1Bs for the other 2.

It is rather large. Makes me wonder if there is anything else conflated. But then again how many data points do we have on new account segmentation for the mortgage Scores? This is the first one I'm aware of, so we don't really have a baseline to compare it to.

@CassieCard I didn't understand the multiple of 3 comment either, and yes I've got to get you last months but for April I pulled yesterday and I'm about to pull 1Bs for the other two bureaus and see if they are also at 18 months!

@Revelate not that I'm aware of that I can think of off hand.

Every threshold I've seen has been a multiple of 3, so I was just wondering if any other aging value was there as well - to isolate this 18month change to AoYRA/AoYA alone.
