OMG, LilyBee you have the epitome of a FICO score! Credit Score in fact!
I can't wait to have what you have!
That's so cool looking!
Big Daddy!
Frugal and Big D - Thanks for the comments. My 'downfall' was finding this website. I'm a competitive sort, so I'm competing with myself. My scores are posted on my wall, so I can see their movement as the years go by. Not only that, I'm allergic to credit cards and addicted to my debit card.
It's all a game. Works for me.
Didn't mean to go crazy with the smiley faces, though. Duh.
alergic to credit cards, hilarious!
I'm so useing that one!
I have been hovering around 800s recently. My AAoA is not as high as reported by others in this thread (Mine is 6.5 years). I have several cards from the time I was a student in early 2000s showing up as closed. There are no baddies except for EX taking matters in their own hand w.r.t to a card closed in 2005 (they list as paid charge off).
I definitely benefited from just managing my 2 CCs judiciously. Never reached limits, always payoff on a monthly basis etc for 4-5 years in a row. With just 2 revolving accounts and no other loans or baddies, I believe I might have reached the threshold or maximum (maybe within 10 points up or down). To go any further, they probably want to see Mortgage loans, and I have no plans for that at the moment.
I know we refer to FICO scoring as a game but I hope realize this is not a forum for a roleplaying game and you can't buy FICO points.
I'll sell you some of my EX points since we can;t see what the score is anyway.
Woohooo
I did it 802!!!!
Just hit 765 on my latest WalMart TU FICO! Not sure how long it'll stay that way (have a couple of new accounts hitting soon), but nonetheless, I've finally made it in!
