Took me 3 hours to read these 45 pages, but it was well worth it. Thanks for this awesome thread.
Hey, I just realized that I am back "in the club" as of last week. Hi y'all.
Howdy Kratos and Roar:
Good jobs. Keep up the monitoring of your spending habits; it'll pay off with somewhat lower interest rates.

Whoohoo! I'm back in the club. Just got a ScoreWatch alert saying my EQ FICO went from 756 to 777 (lucky number!).
I was briefly in this territory early this year, then I got some new cards and ran my util to 30%, which put me back down in 720-730 range. In the last month I've knocked the util way down. The 756 was with 16.4% util and two cards reporting balances. Now the 777 is the result of 10.3% overall util and only one card reporting a balance.
By this time next month, my util will be similar to what it is now, but I may have two cards reporting, so it'll be intresting to see how many points I lose just for the small balance on that second card.
Nice to get to be a high achiever again.
Your FICO® score has gone up to 809 on December 22, 2013.
Now I have two Agencies reporting above 800... EQ today at 809, and TU (walmart) at 821... Low score is EX at 788
Hmmmm, haven't been on here for awhile. Hate it when my scores go below 800, but that's what happens now and again.
Charged on one card last month, but will pay that off today. Will check back in another month to see what that does to my scores. Overall util is 6%.
Have not read the thread, but it looks like I have a significantly shorter history than the average FICO high achiever?
Oldest student loan is 5 years, and oldest credit card is a little less than 5 years. Average age was around 3 years on the last credit report I pulled in March, will be going down when my new accounts report (but I guess my score might be too).
Just checked my scores because of the latest 20% discount on MY FICO: Good deal. Might hit 850 across by the end of the year; but these are good enough.
Cheers
