TU Fico 4 786 with a $421 balance
EX Fico 2 793 with a $481 balance
EQ Fico 753 with a $447 Balance
Seems like a steep drop , I took a recent trip and put some items like hotel, rental on some cards that will be paid off this month. Most cards were at $0 to $20 balance and never had ongoing balances. EQ seems to be my lowest score in all Ficos, unsure why?
What is the approx utilization percentage on this card, and your other cards, versus last month?

That doesnt matter as they are all the same.....last month I was at 0% overall and have $85k CL , across my cards and I am prob now at .005% overall in debt, that $400 something is spread among 3 cards and not on one and those cards have a UTI of less than 1% or not even close to 1%.

How many of your cards are reporting balances? 3 out of how many ? It could be this, the number of cards with balances.

We would need more information to tell you what the reason was for the point drop. All revolving accounts, limits, and reported current balances, before and after the point drop.
This was in Nov 23rd when my scores were pulled
B a A $18 of $13k being used
Cap1 $69 of $7k being used
Dis $168 of $7.5k being used
Dis (Auth) $76 of $13.8k being used
Chase (Auth) $26 of $11.3k being used
This was Dec 8 when when my scores were pulled
Cap1 $69 of $7k being used
Dis $168 of $7.5k being used
Dis (Auth) $76 of $13.8k being used
Chase (Auth) $25 of $11.3k being used
US bank $67 of $18k being used
Funny thing is my Fico 8 went up 6 pts on Dec 3rd?
This isn't an answer to your main question, but I strongly suspect the reason your EQ scores lag the others is the CFA(s) on your file. I have the same situation. My EQ5 consistently runs 10-30 points below the other mortgage scores and I get that same CFA reason as you, but only on EQ. EX and TU either don't see a CFA or don't punish me much for it.

The CFA is on my EX and TU as well...I understand that the CFA does drag down my scores, how much? No one knows...

If these are what you had reporting before the score drop:
B a A $18 of $13k being used
Cap1 $69 of $7k being used
Dis $168 of $7.5k being used
Dis (Auth) $76 of $13.8k being used
Chase (Auth) $26 of $11.3k being used
and these are what you had reporting after the score drop:
Cap1 $69 of $7k being used
Dis $168 of $7.5k being used
Dis (Auth) $76 of $13.8k being used
Chase (Auth) $25 of $11.3k being used
US bank $67 of $18k being used
There is nothing in there that would have caused a score drop, let alone a drop of 22 points.

I think what happened is credit.com is showing me what happened when I paid off my loan from the last time I had a membership. As I started to notice the drops all 3 as well.... 30 pts on EX 25 on TU....So I mistook the drops as recent
