Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
Those are the 3 credit reporting agencies. There are many, many versions of credit scores based on information from those 3 bureaus.
Wherever you are seeing those scores, if you look below the score or at the bottom of whatever page you are seeing the score you should see some fine print referencing the scoring model used to generate that score. Something like "FICO 08 score based on Experian data" or "VantageScore 3.0 score based on TU data."

At the Equifax website it said that my 3 credit scores are 640.
Welcome to the woderful world of credit scoring!
Here is some fine print from the Equifax website:
The Equifax® Credit Score and 3-Bureau credit scores are each based on the Equifax Credit Score model, but calculated using the information in your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit files. Third parties use many different types of credit scores and will not use the Equifax Credit Score or Equifax 3-Bureau credit scores to assess your creditworthiness.
Translation: Equifax does not offer a true FICO score

Those are not your FICO scores.
Here's a site where you can get a true FICO score for free once you have one:
It will give you an accurate reading of your FICO 8 score based on Experian data, updated monthly.
You can also spend a dollar for a 1 week trial at Credit Check Total which would provide you with all 3 of your FICO 08 scores (if you have them).
