Was using Experian's service to pull my monthly 3B FICOs. All is well, but I did find this reason code from Equifax entertaining.
FWIW, AAoA is well over 10 years.
Happy 4th everyone!
What is your FICO 8 score?
What are the other reason codes they provided?
When did you most recently open an account?
Keep in mind they have to provide you Reason Codes, usually four, and those codes can seem like a random assignment if nothing significant is impacting your score. If you don’t have a recent account, don’t have utilization over 10%, don’t have any lates, then they are fishing for something to provide as a Reason.
Good grief, their reasoning codes and logic never cease to amaze me
I have the same thing with an AoOA at 23+ years (AAoA at 4.5y). But my AoYA is 1m, which is what I assume it doesn't like.
It's tough with the negative reason codes to decipher which age of accounts factor(s) are being pointed at quite often IMO.

Yeah, there's a lack of consistency and it's the first time I've seen "Short Account History" in Experian's CMS.
