So I'm right now in a wonky situation. I sent goodwill emails to the execs of Best Buy (closed) and Dell DFS (active). Both called me back the next day and told me they can't take the late payments off.
Best Buy - five 30 day lates - 2018
Dell - one 60 late - 2019
Credit karma reported last week that both accounts were adjusted. Best Buy deleted the lates and Dell added a late.
I pull a free trial 3B from my Experian account today and noticed both accounts have an add another month of lates.
Now it's
Best Buy - six 30 day lates
Dell - two 60 late
The adjustments didn't pop up on my alerts for my Experian account or myFICO account. My next 3B on myFICO is available on 8/28.
I'm just confused by this. I have to pull old statesments to see if I was late during the extra that was added. Will this make my score drop since they are old lates? I guess the GW triggered them.

CK is unreliable. The scores are Vantage scores (not FICO) and the information - account related - is usually inaccurate or misleading. I have never seen anything useful coming from CK. Use myFICO platforms; sign up for Experian etc.
Pull your reports from myFico et.al.. not Credit Sesame or Credit Karma.
You are so right
