Final update? 

 

After passing the 1 year mark with no new accounts, my Experian FICO 8 is 794 with AZEO, 1 inq @ 1yr+ and 2 inq @ 6-12 mo.

My Equifax FICO 8 is 785 with one inquiry. This score is probably lowest because an old mortgage account has fallen off EQ, but not TU or EX.

My Transunion FICO 8 is 820 with no inquiries.
