Hard Inquiries on one credit report affect the other's FICO Score

Say if you have a hard-inquiry on just your Equifax bureau credit report and not the others, could this affect your Experian FAIR ISAAC V2 score, used by lenders?

No. your FICO score for that given report reads only what is on that report. It has no clue what is reported on the other two.
