What are things I should look to make sure I stay in this levels? I monitor my expenses and cash flow very closely.

Welcome @Anonymous!! WIth those scores, amy be you could stick around and help give others like me pointers! Great job with your scores. I agree, there is valuable info on this site that is very helpful.
I don't know what I can tell you about how to stay at the level you are at, as I have never had my scores that high yet. I can't speak from experience. So, I would only say keep doing whatever got you there and try not to do too much that can cause any negative impact if you want to maintain those scores.

LOL I was just about to post the same answers to you for keeping the scores in 800s. Never pay late and app minimally is the key, carrying balance if needed or for 0% offers leading to higher UTI is ok as long it's temporary, as UTI has no memory

Overall utilization under 8.9% and no new accounts will keep you at that score range.
